Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours to 3 days unless noted otherwise.
The average delivery time for domestic orders is anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. Once your order has been expertly packaged you will receive an email with an automated tracking number, that number will be updated once the shipping carrier picks your order up from our edition studio.
Yes, in most cases. Please contact us immediately to see if your item is available for a refund or return. Damaged items cannot be returned or refunded and we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. Items cannot be refunded because of VAT Taxes.
We will do our best to provide you with a print replacement if your print is damaged during shipping.
Please use the DHL Shipping option at checkout to cover VAT Taxes in most situations. Shipping through other providers does not cover VAT taxes and Hyper Editions is not responsible for covering VAT Taxes on shipments.
